The Round One – Round Filtered Ute Canopy Side Vent

The Round One is a circular filtered canopy air vent for the sides of a ute canopy, supplied as a driver's side and passenger's side pair. Same job as The Original — air forced in, water drained out — in a round profile for builds where a circle suits the panel better than a square.

How it works

The intake holes sit around the outer edge of the circular face. As the vehicle moves, air is forced through them, past the screen and filter, and into the canopy. The screen catches larger debris and insects while the filter takes out fine dust, and anything that collects drains back out rather than running inside.

Because it is an intake, it works best with an exhaust elsewhere in the canopy so air has somewhere to go.

Fitting

A single reversible template is supplied — flip it over to mark the opposite side — so the 76 mm round cutout and the four 5 mm bolt holes can be marked accurately before you cut. A standard 76 mm hole saw suits the main opening. Printed instructions are included in the box.
