Shipping policy

Free postage Australia-wide

All orders ship free within Australia. There are no handling fees and no minimum spend.

Express Post

If you need your order sooner, Express Post is available at checkout for a flat $20 within Australia. The flat rate applies to standard retail orders; commercial and bulk quantities are excluded, so please get in touch before ordering — see Bulk and trade orders below. Once your parcel has been dispatched, Express Post delivery is typically 1–3 business days.

Express Post speeds up delivery, not making. If an item is not in ready-to-ship stock it still has to be printed first — see Dispatch below. If you need something by a particular date, email sales@ventit3d.au before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether we can make it.

Australia only

We currently post within Australia only and do not ship internationally.

Dispatch

We aim to hold every product in stock so orders can go out promptly. During busy periods our ready-to-ship stock can run out — when that happens your order joins the print queue and is made and sent as soon as it is finished. Everything is designed, printed, packed and posted by one person in Buderim, Queensland.

If your order is going to take longer than usual, we will let you know.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. For an update on an order already placed, email sales@ventit3d.au.

Delivery addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email sales@ventit3d.au as soon as possible and we can usually correct it before the order is dispatched. We are not able to redirect a parcel once it has been handed over for delivery.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything has been damaged in transit, or the wrong item has arrived, contact us straight away at enquiries@ventit3d.au so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
