How it works

The housing recesses both Anderson plugs into moulded pockets so the connectors sit flush with the panel instead of protruding. Six stainless M5 bolts hold it down, and two 25 mm round cutouts through the panel behind it pass the cables through.

Stacking two circuits in one housing means one set of holes, one template and one tidy panel — and the labelled face means nobody plugs the fridge into the solar feed by mistake.

Fitting

A template is supplied to mark the six 5 mm bolt holes and the two 25 mm round cutouts accurately before you drill. Run the cables through, crimp your pins, seat the plugs in the housing and bolt it down. Suits internal or external mounting.

Important to note

Any opening cut into a canopy, caravan or structure has the potential to leak if it is incorrectly installed, not properly sealed, submerged, or exposed to high-pressure water such as a pressure washer or car wash. All 12V circuits should be correctly fused and installed to a suitable standard. You are responsible for correct installation, sealing, and periodic inspection for wear, damage and seal integrity.

It fixes with six stainless steel M5 bolts, and a simple template is provided so you can mark and drill the holes accurately.

How do I get the cables through the canopy?

The rear of the housing has space provided for two 25mm holes to be drilled through the canopy or structure for the cables to pass through.
