M5 Heat Insert - Straight Pull Test

Purpose: This test is meant to validate the mounting strength of the vents, ensuring they will stay securely attached to your canopy.

Test Subject: 80mm x 30mm x 12mm ASA-Carbon Fiber test print.

Settings Used: Printed with the same settings as the vents (wall thickness, infill percentage, and internal pattern).

Variability: This test is not a lab-grade test, so there will be natural variances.

M5 Bolts: When combined with a small amount of sealant and low-strength Loctite, the M5 bolts should hold the vents tightly without any issues.

Precaution: Over-tightening the bolts could lead to stripping, spinning, or snapping, which would compromise the integrity of the setup.

The combination of ASA-Carbon Fiber with proper sealant and use of low strength Loctite on the M5 Bolts will ensure a durable, mount that can handle regular wear and tear.
