The premium 12V powered canopy vent
For builds that work hard. Dust-filtered, IP67 Noctua fan, stainless guard, and a filter you can change in two minutes without pulling the vent off.
A sealed canopy is an oven with a dust problem.
Trapped heat
Parked in the sun, a closed canopy cooks your gear, your batteries and your food.
Fridge working overtime
A fridge fighting hot, stagnant air draws more current and cycles harder all day.
Bulldust everywhere
Corrugations pump fine dust into every gap. An unfiltered vent just lets more of it in.
Five upgrades over our Single 120mm.
Industrial IP67 Noctua fan
The NF-F12 industrialPPC-2000 — rated IP67 for water and dust, 2000 RPM, and an MTTF over 150,000 hours.
Replaceable Uni filter
10 mm, 45 PPI Unifilter foam — the same kind of media used in off-road air intakes — compressed in so air can't sneak around it.
Stainless fan guard
Protects the fan and fingers, and won't rust out in coastal or wet conditions.
Two-bolt filter change
The fan box tilts up on a built-in hinge. No unsealing, no pulling the vent off the panel.
Printed stronger
Thicker walls, higher infill and a bigger nozzle for better layer bonding — tougher against corrugations, knocks and heat.
Fit it once. Stop thinking about it.

Filter change in two bolts.
The vent stays sealed to the panel the whole time. Do it at camp, do it in the driveway.
- 1Undo two M6 bolts
At the bottom of the fan box.
- 2Tilt the fan box up
It swings on its built-in hinge.
- 3Clean or swap the foam
Lower it back down, refit the bolts. Done.
Pair it with an intake for real cross-flow.
The Extractor is an exhaust. Give the air somewhere to come in and you get a genuine push-pull flow through the whole canopy, instead of just stirring hot air around.
Filtered side-mount intake pair, front of the canopy.
Air sweeps past the fridge, batteries and gear.
Powered exhaust at the rear, filtered and switchable.
Three-way control. Low profile. Plug and play.
Always on, temperature activated with an adjustable thermostat, or off to save the battery. Power goes in through a 5.5 × 2.1 mm DC jack — right-angle connector supplied, no loom to make up.

- 9×Stainless bolts (7 × M5, 2 × M6)

Outside the canopy, just the low-profile outer housing shows. The louvres face down, so rain and road dust aren't driven straight in.
Quick answers
Is the whole vent IP67 rated?
The fan is — Noctua rates it IP67 for water and dust. The complete assembly hasn't been independently tested, so correct sealing at install still matters.
How hard is it to fit?
Tape the 1:1 template inside the panel, drill seven 5 mm holes, cut the main hole with a 114 mm hole saw and trim the corners. Seal, bolt through, fit the filter and fan box. Full guide in the box.
How often should I change the filter?
It depends on your roads. Check it more often if you're doing a lot of dirt, and clean or replace it when it looks clogged. Replacement filters are coming soon.
Do I need a fuse?
Yes. It draws very little, but every electrical item in a canopy should be fused. We recommend 5 A.
Will it suit my caravan or van?
Yes — it suits 4x4 canopies, caravans, camper trailers, vans, trailers and fixed structures. Storage tunnels, boots and front boxes are ideal spots.
What colours are available?
Black for now. White is coming later, or by request.
Built for the hard roads.
The Extractor — $330, free postage Australia-wide.
